Ingredients: Artichoke Hearts (75%) Sunflower Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Parsley, Salt, Lemon Juice, Vinegar, Garlic, Black Pepper, Mint.

 

 

 

Try it to make delicious appetizers, italian "bruschette", sauces to dress pasta, meat or fish.

Spreadable product made of Green Olives

Ingredients: Green Olives (75%) Sunflower Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Parsley, Salt, Lemon juice, Vinegar, Garlic, Black pepper, Mint, Rosemary.

 

 

Try it to make delicious appetizers, italian "bruschette", or to dress meat and fish.

Tomatoes cut in two half and dried in the sun, dressed with basil, salt and olive oil.

"VIOLETTO" ARTICHOKE FROM NISCEMI

King of Winter

Its production starts in November and ends in April.

This variety of Artichocke grows plenty in Niscemi's  fields and in its nearby: it represents the main source of income for farmers in this area.

Niscemi has been rewarded all over the world as "the Artichoke's Capital" and, since 1967, here takes place the annual "Artichoke's Festival" where visitors and foodlovers can taste delicious artichokes' based dishes.

The production of "Sun dried Tomatoes" and "Capuliatu" starts in May and ends in November.

Our offer differs in the manufacturing process: the ancient recipes have been expertly adapted to perfectly match the even more sophisticated taste of our consumers.
