Ingredients: Green Olives (75%), Sunflower Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Parsley, Salt, Lemon Juice, Vinegar, Garlic, Black Pepper, Mint, Rosemary.

Its production starts in November and ends in April.

This variety of Artichocke grows plenty in Niscemi's  fields and its nearby: it represents the main source of income for farmers in this area.

Niscemi has been rewarded all over the world as "the Artichoke's Capital" and, since 1967, here takes place the annual "Artichoke's Festival" where visitors and foodlovers can taste delicious artichokes' based dishes.
